Can you buy lottery tickets at Walmart?

Wal-Mart, the world's largest retailer, has agreed to end its long-standing refusal to sell lottery tickets in its U.S. stores after reaching a deal with the Florida Lottery. Walmart stores in other countries sell lottery tickets but not in this country.
